With over a decade of ear training and sound analysis, I am here to provide high-quality, on-site sound recordings, assist other location sound mixers with their Boom Op and Sound Utility needs, and ensure your post-production audio process goes as smooth as possible!

I am a Dallas-Fort Worth based Location Sound Mixer with the flexibility to work on sites all across both cities. I have experience working on projects for A&E, the N.B.A., various medical facilities, commercial internal training videos, corporate advertising, Walgreens, numerous unannounced film and documentary projects, and video content for various universities. I always try to make sure that I’m making whatever project I’m working with a professional but enjoyable experience and able to quickly adapt to changing circumstances and on set needs.

I have always had a love of music and sound and studied both vocal and instrumental music for several years. This study was not only enjoyable, but also gave me an in depth understanding of sound and music both on a biological and physics level. From the physics standpoint, performing and studying instrumental music helped me understand the ways that various rooms and environments can affect the output of sound and what was necessary to produce a clean sound regardless of the situation. As I learned about the ways that various aspects of the human voice worked, I gained the ability to hear someone’s posture and vocal tendencies simply by listening to their voice as well as the knowledge to help them adjust to create a far clearer tone in their communication. This has all proved to be IMMENSELY helpful when recording location audio and allows me to quickly adapt and provide great quality audio in any building or environment.

I am deeply passionate about helping people communicate with one another and have always cared a great deal about building bridge between people of different lifestyles and backgrounds. This translates quite well into location sound recording, as well as post-production audio and video editing. I love getting to help a client figure out the best way to clearly state what they desire to communicate in a language or medium that their intended audience may hear and genuinely receive. Building these bridges is vitally important to me and I greatly enjoy getting to work on audio both on location and in post-production to help achieve this.

I am available to work locally in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, but I also have available lodging in San Antonio, Honolulu Hawaii, and across the state of Tennessee. I am also willing and able to travel both in the United States and internationally to help with your recording needs!
